My 1995 Ford Ranger "Delayed Daily"

Yes sir you are...lol and I will definitely keep it going with updates. I did some cleaning of the motor to get the block number and what not, and come to find out, the motor was originally in a 68 Torino/Fairlane. Not too shabby. It's got the 2 barrel intake, so that will need to get changed, but other than that everything looks to be solid on it. I did some checking on the ac compressor that is on it also, and it looks to be a York model, which is excellent for me. Engine driven compressor will be fantastic. So definitely some good news for me. Hoping to get the motor mounted sometime in the next week and then going forward from there.

When I was first learning to ride a motorcycle, I remember stopping at a traffic light next to a compact pickup truck.
I looked over at the fender and the "R" had fallen off of the fender badge leaving the nomenclature to read "anger".
Now I can't look at one of those trucks without thinking "Anger".
If it were mine, I'm sure I'd have to re-badge it so I'd be driving a Ford Anger

Started getting the motor and trans mocked up. Hoping to get all the mounts made and welded in, in the next week or so.
These are the $100 motor mounts we bought from Speedway. Spent a little more than we should have, especially since we had to modify them.
Doing some clearance work on the firewall.
Motor and trans in their new homes.

Haven't been on for quite some time. Not much to update on my truck. Was out of work for a couple months so no money to work on the Ranger. I did take one trip up to the shop about a month ago and we got the cab floor all welded up, and the bed floor welded solid. Now I just gotta get my bills back inline and start saving money to buy parts. Got quite a few I need to get to fire the motor, but have come across some good deals. Hopefully within the next month I will be back at it again.
