Default My mustang,in the process of buying 1990 mustang gt

Here is a 1990 Mustang GT. I am buying this from my uncle, and ourcurrent negotated priceis $500. It has been sitting still for 5 years, all it needed was a jump, and it was running!. Its all stock,AOD rebuilt tranny, 184,000 miles,v8 5.0. Seeing from the pics, is it worth the $500, or should i get a lower price? here is a link to my photobuket profile http://s164.photobucket.com/albums/u7/americankid92/
Here are the pics..

It's a running 500 dollar 5.0 stang, you might as well get it. I paid 900 for mine that had been sitting for 6 years and I couldn't even start it up before I bought it. Mine's an 88 5.0/5-speed, the heater core was bad on it so it was ripped apart completely with the job 90% of the way to being halfway done(in other words, 45% completed). That being said, mine came with an 800 dollar stereo a 3.73 LS rear axle(still in the bed of my pickup...), a superchip, and some more goodies. You won't be able to beat 500 for a 5.0, the only downsides I see are the body being in bad shape and the fact that it's an auto.
