Take it from someone who is CONSTANTLY going back and forth on ideas for new wheels... Blacked out stang with chrome wheels is the ONLY way to go. 
Incase it might help you (if you realy must change the wheels you have now), these are the ones I have been debating on:
(chrome)15X4 and 15X10 Prostars with some half decent street tires
(chrome)17X9 and 17X10.5 95 Cobra R's, Saleens, or the new deep dish Termi wheels
Either way I talked myself out of black on my black stang long ago.
