Default the new and the bad
picked up a new car Tuesday night because i couldnt deal with the little scratch on the front of my old car[&:]

i was coming around a bend doing 30 (speed limit is 35), my front passenger tire gave out, the car jerked, i lost control, and it went right into a pole. the pole didnt give at all, so all the damage went right to my car.
