Thanks guys!

I didn't do the louvers myself, though plenty of people have. My dealer installed them for around $75, so I couldn't resist the urge not to waste one of my days off doing it, at that price. The people that have done it said it's pretty straight forward. SHR provides excellent instructions. Just make sure to get the install kit from them as well.
