I got my magazine the other day and will look for it when I get home tonight and scan the page to get it in this thread. So pg 154 it is...congrats and red stripe(s) or flat black only IMO nothing else. Funny thing was I got half way thru the mag yesterday and was compelled to read the rest but was tired from work and needed some ZZZ's......

the only thing i can think of doing to urs to help with black is headliights, i found some DOT approved Black lens headlights for under 100 on ebay a month or so ago..waiting to fix a few things before throwing them on

Keep the car the color it is bro, that is a terrible reason to paint it lol even if you got the cover , then what? Maybe if they paid for it then sure paint it on there buck but **** man these mags should be paying you guys who have your cars in them, think about it everybody is getting paid but you and your the one who spent all the money to get it like that.
IMO this is what you do, hire a photographer or get somebody who can take really good images of your car and then try to sell it to them so you can atleast make a buck back.
MAKE EM PAY DAMMITT!
I sold images of my buddys ZR1 and sold them to vette magazine and split the money with him, but if I didnt know him I would of took all of the profit forsure wich sucks for him cause he paid all the dam money for the car and mods and he gets his name in a paragraph a few times and the photographer gets a pocket full of cash.
Alot of guys will say oh I try to do it for the sponsors but 90% of them it seems have already spent all they could and modded the car right out so what is left to get sponsorship on?
