Default Chicka's 2008 GO GT/CS


The Muscle Spasm was caught at the Mesa Cruise...
and got a little promo on the slide show on the www.hotrodplanet.com website!

nice! those cars look super sharp. I dont know too much about them are they 4v?

As a tribute to the 1968 California Special, FORD added a limited production factory GT/California Special in 2007. The GT/CS is based on a Mustang GT with a 4.6 liter engine. The GT/CS option adds 2 tone seats (Dove or Parchment inserts), unique floor mats, side stripes (with GT/CS behind the front wheel RH and LH), side scoops (behind doors), 18" polished aluminum wheels, rolled exhaust tips, faux gas cap (with words "California Special"), lowered front bumper/valance and unique rear bumper. The GT/CS was available as a coupe or convertible, with manual or automatic transmission. The GT/California Special package had an MSRP of $1895.00.
Same 3v engine, just some sweet options.

traceaddict- they are 4.6L 3V motors in them just like all other S197's except for the GT500 which is a 5.4L 4V....

It's almost too bad they didn't show the whole line of ponies that were with me in the shot...
I hang out with some of the nicest guys there who have the late '60 and '70 Stangs...

There has been a Mach1 I've seen a couple times in my town that looks nearly identical to that one.
All those cars are amazing!
