My new (to me) 2005 GT :D
Hello everyone,
I just recently acquired a black 2005 Mustang GT (manual). Needless to say I love this car! I have affectionately named her: The Black Pearl
Here's what she looked like before I bought her. (After test driving and realizing it was like meeting an old friend)
Inside: Yeah, Red Leather. It's pretty Legit.
Just some symbolic Pictures:
After Washing Her, I was able to find a scenic place to take some pictures:
Showing the sleek redesign of the 05
Butt shot: No Spoiler (The look has really grown on me)
And finally, This is an artistic shot that my GF took (she took all of them except the first 2)
Opinions? Snide Remarks? I like it and that's all that I care. The Black Pearl is stock and I plan on keeping her that way until something breaks.

So I haven't been able to drive my baby for the past 4 months due to being in the ocean and on the other side of the country, but that will change this Sunday (pretty much extatic)
But while I've been away, my dad was kind enough to driver her every couple of weeks and more importantly take her in to a reputable place to get the windows tinted (I'm paying him back as soon as I get home, and this way no one will accidentally roll the windows down while the tint is still setting). This will not only protect my red leather (which has been known to be the easiest to fade), will help cool the car (especially since it is black), add more privacy, and simply just look really clean and slick in my opinion. Anyways, he was kind enough to take some pictures with his blackberry or whatever phone he has and send them to me. I'll be sure to get better pictures when I'm home, but I just wanted to share them.

So... I wasn't able to keep her stock for long. I couldn't resist

Things I've done:
8in antennae
Decepticon Badges
BBK Throttle Body
Ford Racing CAI
Tune
Quarter Louvers
Rear Louvers
Tint
Everything except the tint I did myself as I like to tinker and it's cheaper
Thoughts? things to improve?
I plan on getting new wheels and tires after graduation. Before then I intend to install some black hood pins and flat black racing stripes.
(Also I couldn't figure out how to make the pictures NOT massive so I just went with the thumbnails)
