You might be getting a biased opinion if you ask me if I think you should paint your car red

The black vinyl top is old school which is pretty cool IMO. But personally I'd probably skip that and go all paint.

Yea it is kid of old School but i see a lot of 67 and 68 mustangs driving around town and most of them are red and i don't like them completely red thats why i was thinking going with the vinyl top or white stripes. Im trying to look into other colors that are not red but they just dont catch my attention!

First: I really like that intake setup, looks like the old thunderbolt cars kinda... I'd have to remove my monte carlo brace and I don't think I have enough hood clearance w/ the 351W either

Second: I don't like red either.... but IMO, unless you are going pro-touring / resto-mod, red is where it's at with these cars.... I couldn't come up with a color that looked better... here's mine:

I would also consider doing something like this, but I don't know that I'd be as comfortable driving it around with all the decals, and I wouldn't really want it without them either!

jmn444 .. oh that red one is SICK thats what im aiming for but still thinking about about that vinyl top tho. what do you think?

yea the yellow one is sick too but maybe not for the street!

Oh ath that intake set up i just got rid of it i liked it but i had some problems with the clearance so im going with a 4" dual Plenum on top instead of that low pro air box
