Burlington NC Car Show
Attended a fairly large Car Show over the weekend, put on by the Mustangs of Burlington. Several of these people also assist in the planning of Mustang Week in July. This show was open to all makes and models, and obviously a lot of Mustangs were in attendance. Awards were for Top 50, as well as best of show, class, etc.
This was the winner of Best Ford overall. Nicely done two-tone, with Shelby front end conversion. Very loud, and mean sounding, with his exhaust and cam setup!
The next two cars are owned by the same couple. A 2006 GT with ghost flames and a Dan Gurney Saleen.
Shelby KR
Some vintage iron!
Another Shelby.
Mach Mustang
A S-197 6-shooter that got a little Shaker love!
Fox Vert.
4-eyed Fox
More Foxes. (Polished 10 hole flashback on the second Fox-haven't seen those in a while!)
A few more S-197's.
A slammed classic!
A couple of nice Chebbies.
Supercharged Petty Challenger.
Some very sweet custom rods. Check out the clear bed of the first one!
My Maserati does 185. I lost my license now I don't drive...
Ferrari in the house!
Monster Truck.
A couple shots of my car, one with my Top 50 trophy.
It was a nicely put together show, and there was a ton of nice cars. It got a little hot out there on the asphalt, but that's to be expected this time of the year. It was a ton of fun regardless of the heat, and I'm sure everyone had a good time!
