What do you mean only giving power to one wheel? Never heard of it so just curious.

Yes...an open differential will send all the power to the wheel with the least resistance...hence the one-wheel burnout. Limited slip or trac lock uses clutches to send power to both wheels when slippage occurs.

The V6's 7.5 rear has the open differential; the GT's 8.8 has the limited slip differential/t-lok
