Default My 67 - 428 CJ

Here are some pictures of my bank account! I have several hundred pictures documenting the restoration...
It had sat in a barn for 20 years from the early 80's until I purchased it about 9 years ago, these are just two pictures from the day I bought it and some from a show last summer.

Welcome! The "after" pictures look great, but I will say that the "before" shots sure look era-correct for the 70s/80s. The car sure had a lot of character back then too.

Yeah, it was purple metal flake, the guy told me they put 28 layers of flake on it! and I believe it, when we sanded it down it looked like somone emptied glitter bottles over the entire garage! interior is all original, and was in good shape as that barn was open in the front so it didn't get musty. I will post more pictures soon of the process as it was a lengthy frame off restoration.

Looks beautiful. Cant wait to see some of the restoration pics. Looks like you had a pretty straight car to start with.
