Picked up a super clean Fox Vert

Default Picked up a super clean Fox Vert
I picked up a super clean 1990 vert over the weekend. Waxed her up and she is shining. I have never owned a convertible before. Has chambered flows on it but I think I want to swap in some headers and an offroad H pipe. Rest of the engine is stock however the speedometer reads 100mph when I am actually going 70mph so I believe the gears have been swapped. Its an auto. What do you guys think?
