I dont know if it voids your entire warranty but it may void any warranty work to the stereo system for sure.

Oh ok. Well ill help you find as much information as i can. Since youve never done this before i would definitely reccomend finding someone local to you that has some experience to help you. I have a wiring diagram i can send you the link to. Or i can email it to you. Its a PDF document and it lists all the different radio types installed in our cars. The high level to low levle converter box can be installed behind the radio and you can run the RCA wires to the trunk. Or if you are just going to put an amp on the rear deck speakers you can tap into the speaker wires in the trunk for the rear speakers.

In the motorz video they were using a 4 channel amp for the interior speakers and ran speaker wire all the way to the front doors. I didnt do that, i just put the amp on the rear speakers and im using the radio to power the door speakers. I also used the same high to low level converter box (thats what converts the audio signal from the speaker wires into an audio signal for RCA wires) to send signal to both the rear deck speaker amp and the subwoofer amp. The remote wire will only be on the subwoofer amplifier.

This is all confusing i know, possibly you could find someone to install all this for you locally and pay them. Not a shop or anything but someone that knows how and is willing to let you help so you can learn how to do it yourself. Then for future upgrades you will have some experience. This is pretty big undertaking for someone with no experience. Especially running the wires for the amplifiers. I will help anyway i can but it really helps having some eyes that have done it before right there. Sometimes information like this sent online doesnt translate to the actual task. Send me your email and i will send you links to all the information i can find and you can see what all its going to take. My email is [email protected]

I have been installing car stereos since about 1992. Its never been a job but more of a hobby. I have worked for a shop but its only for a friend of mine that owns it. Ill tell you what, i found this online and it really goes through the whole how to very well. Though this goes through an entire stereo system upgrade including a screen. I would do everything but the radio replacement. Its way too expensive in our 2011 cars. Also the video uses Monster cable, terribly expensive, not advised unless you really have some money to spend. The brands i like are Pioneer (cheap), Alpine, great quality but a little more expensive than the Pioneer. The only thing i would change about mine is i would use a 4 channel amp and run the speaker wires to the front doors as well. But i have to admit that with the right speaker in the front doors the stock radio can do what you want it to do. Also on the subwoofers i wouldnt go any larger than 12's. I have 10's and im telling you, the right pair of 10's can be very very loud. Kicker is the only brand i go with on subwoofers. Now if you really want to go hard with the subs you can go with the Kicker solobaric or the Kicker CVX 10's. But if you go with those you will end up spending some money on the amps to push them. The video i posted pretty much tells you everything you need to know on installing the speakers. What brands you choose are completely up to you. But the process is the same. I would use foam baffles in the back whether you use 6x9's or the stock 6x8 size speakers. Either way using an amplifier will definitely make the inside speakers stand out. I use Ebay for most of my items. Millionbuy is a great seller. But if you choose any seller with a 99% or better rating you will be ok. I hope some of this helps. Let me know if i can help you with anything else if there is a question i didnt answer.
