I found that Columbus State Community College (Columbus, Ohio) has an auto mechanics shop. Someone has told me that if you call them and supply the parts, they will have the students do the work. I don't know what they will actually do, but it may be a good start.

I have also found a place Passen Motorsports in Westerville Ohio. They work on a lot of imports, but they do some demostic work. I had them do some work for me and they did a pretty good job.
