When is it this year? I need to request if off of work so that I can go. I for sure do not want to miss it. If there is another thread about it somewhere else post a link.

Josh - it is posted up at the mustangcollective.

First Saturday in November, so November 5 this year.

And mrtstang - it is an unofficial event at Lapeer Dragway. A group of us starting meeting up every year on the first Saturday of November (and it got named Scrming's Annual Children of the Corn because John is the one who organized it the first year (2005 I think) and Ron said it was like driving out to a scene from Children of the Corn given the rustic nature of Lapeer) - so we started meeting up every year since then.

Unfortunately I won't be running my car. Heat exchanger for the intercooler has a leak - well we can call it a leak, more like a geyser out the lower grill once the system is pressurized and the pump is going. It looks like I may have been hit with stone and it cracked a seam open. I'll pull the fascia off on Sunday and get a good look at it and see if it is repairable.
