OF course we have radials, lol.
As far as body shops, we deal with a high end one, does the best job I ever seen. Price, no clue, and I dont think they allow bringing in own parts. Then theres the body shop that does so so work, prolly wouldnt care if you brought in own parts, and gladly accept cash for a good price. I had then paint the bumper and few minor things on my t-bird, It wasnt the greatest job, but it was the best price.
