Overall, it was a pretty good show considering it was hotter then ***** outside. About a 100 or so cars showed up including a 2010 white convert super snake. The first ever white convert super snake btw. Very friendly guy (owner). Show was kinda rigged though.... didn't expect to win anything but the trophies all went to cars in the 40's & 50's a few 60's and one 77 f-150 pickup plus a custom golf cart? (SERIOUSLY) ahaha
The super snake, all years of caramo's, cobras, and the vette guys prob were happy.... all got nada. A couple OLD stang got 1 though.
The overall winner was a 51 caddy (red) convert. Guy didn't pop the hood.

As for the car: YES, orginal paint. I driven it previous 3/5 years (i've owned it) through Minnesota Winters. Clay wax it only once a year & use TURTLE WAX liquid wax after i go through a car wash. Stays pretty good i'd say
All stock appeareance still, and the interior is 99% stock outside of the cobra steering wheel & the UPR shifter. Like those blue&blacks? Yup original..... RARE.
PS: The batmobile... I only have four words: OMG really duct tape?
PSS: Did you go into the building at all? Downstairs they had a 2012 Boss 302 (comp orag - color). It was sold already. But 1st one i've seen in person. (Drool)

interior looked amazing, haven't seen a blue black combo before and I like it. the super snake was real nice, first one I've seen in person. the golf cart was decent, it was a '32 something or other. saw one 67 Mustang that looked exactly like mine lol.
saw one other forum members car, rat fink, the all black s197 a couple cars next to you.
the conrad were nice, one had a 5.0 (i think)and the other had a 427

Hi Everyone, wanted to notify everyone in the Twin Cities of a great car show in Southern Minnesota this coming Sunday August 14th in Chatfield, MN (18 miles south of Rochester on Hwy 52). We would love to have you hot rodders from the metro join us. We get alot of cars from Wisconsin and Iowa as well as Southern MN. Large festival in town all weekend (Chatfield Western Days 44th Annual Festival). Flyers were handed out in Hastings last weekend. Western Days 13th Annual Classic Car - Truck and Motorcycle Show. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 18 classes - participant voting. Contact Gary for more info (507)213-2187. Cruise on down to Southern MN this weekend - Forecast is looking GREAT!
