You'd need to upgrade just about all of the mechanical parts, and some of the electrical components, to those of the GT anyway if you're planning to do a 3V 4.6 swap, so you could consider buying a totaled '11-'14 GT and doing a Coyote 5.0 swap instead. It wouldn't cost you much more and you could swap the entire interior as well.
