There will be more fabrication and fitment than you think. Plus, will things really all fit under the hood? Clear the firewall? etc.
What trans will you be using?
Let us know how they get around getting any CELs, too. Taking out everything will totally mess up the electronics, sensors, gauges, etc. This is more than just a 'mechanical fabrication' project.
But, it can be done. Just thinking your labor and fab costs will end up being higher.
It'd be more interesting and informative if you were doing the fit/fab yourself so as to post up pics and writeups and details of things you had to do to get things to fit and work. At the very least, keep us updated with pics and progress and what you learn and find out. A 'take it into the shop turnkey' result is not very useful to others who may be considering something like this.

cool project.
40 series flows are the perfect sound for a pushrod 5.0!!! nothing better sounding than that, and classic Fox sound.
are you forging the internals on the 5.0?
since you are going to procharge it also.
but very cool project.
you see Foxes swapping to a Coyote or to a 3V, but not any 4.0's to a pushrod carbeurated 5.0.
thats original.

Ghetto Project.
It'll never be smog legal, and may never run as well as you think it should. You'll wonder why you threw money at it...
Better off selling the Fox 5 liter, and putting what you have into making the 4.0 faster... Or better yet, sell it all, and put the $ down on a NEW 5.0 or a used GT500 - if you want to go faster. (my 2¢)

looking forward to seeing some pics and reading about
the progress getting made. this is not something i would
do personally, but i do appreciate it as a technical
challenge and i wish you the best of luck.
