Swap 99 4.6 to a 03 supercharge 4.6L
 

I'd like to put a 2003 Supercharged 4.6L DOHC engine and tranny into my 99Mustang GT. Is this possible? and if so is there going to be any big differences in parts wise or any forseen problems that i might or could potentially run into.
