Default 4.6 2v running rich!

I'm new to the forum so bare with me. I have a 1976 ford f100 that i am working on, i have taken the engine out and have swapped it with a 1998 f150 2v 4.6. I bought a Ron Francis wiring harness and have installed it in my 1976 ford f100. I also have installed a 76mm turbo and an intercooler, but i am having a terrible time tuning it. I am currently trying to tune it with a sniper tuner but it seems that its not doing anything when i load a tune. According to the air/fuel ratio gauge its way to rich. Anything will help maybe I forgot a sensor?

Considering this is a FI setup running the turbo, it needs to be taken to a dyno tuner and professionally tuned.
