Been out of the Mustang scene for a few years, owned an 08 Mustang GT supercharged and I loved it!

How difficult is it to swap a 3V V8 into the body of a S197 V6?

I'd imagine everything bolts right up.

Looking for some info from anyone who's done the swap!

I have the mean, the man power and the shop. Just looking for info...

Seen a killer deal on a S197 V6 and I know the 3V motor's can be found for dirt cheap on Ebay..
