You'll be OK with the Nav...
I you do go that route, call FRPP tech line (800 3673-788) and they'll help you on how to mod that mill.
You can easily get 400hp NA, that's a good start.

Really? That's cool to know. I want to do this same thing. I'm tired of the small cube builds. I've been in the GM world before the stang and want something in the 6L range. The maybe add on a cetri or turbo. Unless someone makes a good kit for the 5.4 for roots/twinscrew for a decent price.

Ive done it, have a 5.4 4v in a 96 3.8 chassis.
