Default 3.8 to a 4.6

ok so i recently purchased a 2000 mustang that doesnt have a motor in it. i was just gonna put a 3.8 back in it but was wondering if the 4.6 would fit and what i would need if it did

Not with out a lot of work - and it's usually never worth the cost of parts needed to swap unless you are dropping in a big hp monster 4.6L.
