Default 4..6 sohc to dohc in a 99 gt convertible

I am planing on buying a Lincoln continental for the engine (dohc vin "v"). And dropping it in to 99 mustang gt convertible 5 speed. I have a few options as far as the year of the Lincoln; 98,01,04. I'm just looking for the ezest str8 forward swap, I know I'll need a tune, rad hoses, flywheel, and clutch. I've been researching this swap for sometime and was wondering if having a convertible would poss any added problem that I should prepare for... Thanks in advance

Wow yea continentals are fwd, Can't really drop it in a rwd. I now thinking of the mark VIII swap, and possibly putting the continental heads on it. I'll start a new thread to keep everyone updated
