Default '87 5.0 from Bronco into a '68 Mustang

I have a '68 body and a '87 302 V8 from a Ford Bronco. The '68 has automatic transmission and the Bronco had standard. Will this swap out work?

Yes but there are a few things you will have to change to make it work. Like the oil pan, the flex plate, water pump. I am doing the same swap but i am using a crate motor.
