Found a deal on rebuilt motor and trans so now looking to get both the motor and trans swap done the trans is the same but since the motor is a carb-ed motor what differences in wiring do I need this motor has a mild build and I'm planning to get it this weekend any and ask help is appreciated

Do a quick google search on the subject. About half the wiring in your car is no longer needed including the PCM. It's not just drop in a motor and go deal.

That's good for me it means I don't have to deal with any major rewiring from bumper to bumper

Another question I have is am I going to need a different hood or need to modify my current hood to fit the carbed motor with the filter because all I ever see pictures of is people who put to big for me cowls on or a cobra r hood
