Default 91 GT Fox Hatchback HO5.0 pushrod into my 02GT engine Bay is it worthy?

I currently own a 91 GT as well as a 02 GT, Both mustangs of course, the issue being...the 02 fired #2 spark plug out of the head..threads and all...bought the kit for $30 tapped the head... the insert I used went too deep into the combustion chamber thus the piston hit it. Long story short, car down since. In the mean time I bought the fox to drive until I could repair the new edge...upon research as well as after driving both cars...the fox seems to have A LOT MORE get up and go than the 4.6l had. And a heavier car to boot... and the 5.0 Is from research, somewhat less pricey to mod. Trick flow for instance top end kits are $2700 for the 5.0, $3400 for the 4.6l. I'm asking if its worthy of a swap and curious to what all else I need to swap? The 5.0 Is sitting with an auto-tragic transmission over drive. The car I want to swap it into has a T-3650 5 speed in it. And that's what I prefer. Well I would love a 6SPD but... if anybody has any insight it will be greatly appreciated. I can't justify taking the engine out the bay to replace it with 245 wimpy *** horses. Was a daily driver but after all the down time n money I just want to make it a lot of fun to enjoy never again in the winter time. Iowa is the location. Snow n stangs don't mix well.

Um, I think this would be a lot more work than you think. Not saying it can't be done, but why go backwards in technology. Now, I love my 5.0, but trying to get a 02 harness to work on the Fox 302 would be an adventure.

Maybe I'm wrong here, someone correct me if I am, I've just never heard of it, so there must be some reason. Good luck

Could take the whole harness out of the fox

You have a full complete donor car if you so choose but why fight with the wiring while trying to go backwards in time with a newer body when you could instead get a different motor for the 02 that's bigger or just better that's just my personal opinion though

get a 4v 4.6 and supercharger then tune it you'll get power... a friend of mine did it and he kept up with an 09 'vette before he changed the rear end
