Dead fuel pump, transfer pump and fuel pump modular all at once!

Dead fuel pump, transfer pump and fuel pump modular all at once!
I just purchased a 2005 mustang body and had another engines installed but it won't start. It cranks but there's no power going to the fuel pump. I then replaced the inertia shut off switch and still nothing. I took it to the dealer and they told me my fuel pump, transfer pump and fuel pump modular were bad. I just replaced them and still the same! This car is driving me crazy and broke!!! Help!
