I just pick up this car today what motor can this be I think it's a 351 windsor

There are ways to verify if it's a 302 or 351. Google or search this forum for threads discussing this. If you want us to tell you, you'll need to post pic of the front of the motor, specifically the distance from heads to timing chain cover. The 351 has a taller deck height compared to the 302.

Yep. With a 302 / 289 it will look like the heads are sitting right on top of the water pump. With a 351w there will be an inch or so between the water pump and the bottom of the heads.
The intake manifold is another dead giveaway. On a 302/289, directly behind the distributor, the intake manifold will be straight up and down and on a 351W there will be a "step" there.
