Yup. Retain the exhaust manifolds, flywheel (if manual trans), throttle body/plenum (CrownVic/Towncar are facing the opposite direction), maybe a couple other little things from your existing engine and install on the replacement. But aside from minor external differences like mentioned above the '01+ CrownVic motors are exactly the same as ours.
