Default 1995 5.0 bit the dust. What now?

So a buddy of mine had to go out of country for a while and left his car with a co-worker who was supposed to do some work to the car. When he got back the co-worker said car was making some noises that it needed to be looked at. Well, he had to move immediately after returning from out of country, here we are months later and he finally tore into it:

So, he needs a new block. Which is good, the old 5.0 only had 2 bolt mains and now we are trying to find an engine with 4 bolt mains that is easily put in a 95' GT. Any suggestions?
