Some pics of the engine removal ..... and some questions! Like what are the hoses that are plugged ? and why!! ...is that the air supply pump mounted below the alternator it looks like it is not in use as I think the hose with the sparkplug jammed in it attached to the back of it!!! Any help or comments on what you can see would be great....

Default new to the"78" mustang 2

i just got a 1978 fastback mustang 2 from my aunt who is the original owner. the car is a factory 302 factory t-top car. this car has been sitting for 17yrs..since 95. assuming i have no interest in restoring this car, can the block be used in an EFI application? with everything else being what it should be of course. the interior is mint...are these parts sought after at all? when it was parked it had no mechanical problems at all. ???? any help is appreciated..thx
