Default Spindles?

I got a friend who's asking about Mustang II spindles, he wants to know if the Mustang II spindles can be adapted for any of the newer style rotor/brakes for 5 lug 5x4.5 wheels?

You can get standard size rotors that will bolt right on with no mods in the ford or chevy bolt patters. You can also get kits to bolt on larger rotors and calipers. Check out speedwaymotors.com or do a google search.

he says he's lookin for 11" or larger rotors, whats the recommended (affordable?) option for that?

i'm assuming that he could use granada rotors (11"), with an adapter for calipers, or maybe some aftermarket calipers?

is there any option for say 13" rotors, like on a 03/04 cobra ?

Speedway motors has a complete kit with 11 inch rotors (part #9103194) for less than $275.00. Don't know if anyone make a kit for anything larger than 11" but a lot of the street rods use the Mustang II front end so its possible.
