Sammy Hagar's black GT
Not sure if this is a 2005 or 2006, but, it's Sammy Hagar's black GT, parked outside his club (Cabo Wabo) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Just got back from my 10-day vacation down thatta-way; Sammy was in town playing a bunch of shows to celebrate his birthday, as he does every year. Anyway, I'm sure someone here can ID the year of this GT...

I was at a car show this last august where a guy from Omaha, Ne had Sammy Hagar's Shelby Cobra GT500 that he got from Carrol Shelby himself.

Yeah, I saw an interview of him since he's touring with Michael Anthony. They both pulled up to their show in Ford GT's. I dunno which would be better, meeting Hagar and Mike Anthony, or seeing the Ford GT's.

Those are cool pictures, I was at the Cabo Wabo in mid- Feb. of this year on a Saturday night and sammy showed up and played for over an hour. It was awesome. It was so loud in there my ears rang for 2 days after . LOL

Hoops_5_1, the guy you are speaking of is Mike Patak from Mike's Classic Cars in Blair, NE... My mustang club, Platte Valley Mustangs out of Columbus, NE, put on that show you went to in August. In mike's show room, there've been nearly 50 Shelby and Boss Mustangs in addition to about any rare muscle car you could imagine. He's a really great guy and his shop is very much worth stopping in at if you're in the Blair/Omaha area!!
