The charger screwed up? Most police cars are gonna be and are being replaced with chargers. I think that's all you need to successfully sell your car, even if a lot of the general public isn't happy. :x
I bet that's gonna pull in a ton of $$... and unfortunately, I'm sure ford will lose a lot [:'(]
Ford does need a wagon badly.

RE: 2011 4 Door Mustang
The Mustang was named for the P51 fighter of WW2. The P51 wasn't a cargo plane or a bomber. It was a sleek machine designed for speed, not capacity. The thought of a 4 door Ford Mustang makes me want to get rid of my drivers license. Use the same tech, body, engine...anything but the Mustang name for a 4 door "granny grocery go getter". And yes, the charger is screwed up. A true charger is a 2 door muscle car, not a 4 door cop cruiser. You mean to tell me that automakers have completely ran out of inspiration to the point to ruin another fine American muscle name tag. I was going to get a 50th anniversary in 2014, but I can guarantee that a 4 door Mustang will NEVER be welcome in my garage. You want 4 doors, get a SUV.

If Ford needs a 4 door sedan - let 'em build one - but not a Mustang! A Mustang sedan will send me packing and the Mustang mystique will breathe it's last.

RE: 2011 4 Door Mustang
I think you have to look at this realistically:
It's not like they are just going to stop producing the 2dr Mustang Coupe/vert... They are just extending the lineup with a few 4 door options.
They can call the 4 door version a Mustang for all am concerned, as long as the fundamental designs and feel of the 2dr Coupe/Vert do not suffer because of this.
More money for them means they have more money to roll back into developing nicer Mustangs and cars in the future, if making a 4dr version of the icon is what the have to do to get themselves back on track... So be it. At least we won't see the Mustang line disappear all together!
