If you have an M81, and the providence to prove it won the races you believe, then the only way to find it's value will be to auction it off, nobody is going to be able to guess at a price until you can actually hook up with a collector who wants it.
To sell a car like that, you would want to consign it at a collector car auction, like;

If youhaveone of the other 10*1980 Mclaren MustangsIt isn't worth as much, but you still would want to deal with a consignor to find a collector to buy it...
