Usually them high horsepower V6's lack the nice torque delivery (and output) of the V8's. I highly doubt a maro 6-er will be on par with our 05-08 gt's.
I don't think any of the S197 guys are worried. And truly, even the New Edge 2V guys shouldn't be that worried. We're talking about a car that'll be 250-300 lbs heavier and probably not make much more torque (or maybe even less) than a 2V 4.6

My LT1 comment was just meant to be a joke. I doubt any LT1 guys are worried about a V6 5th gen either.

I'm too tired to think about it at the moment, but would there be a large difference between a 210 horsepower car that weighs 3300 pounds and a 285 horsepower car that weighs 3800+ pounds?

I know there is more power, but it weighs alot more as well, yes? [&:]
