That's camo paint they put on to obscure any photos that are taken. It's supposed to look weird/ugly.

Wow, from the responses here I would have thought these werepics of an uncamoflaged final production car. I can't tell s**t from those pics.....other than it looks like Ford is gonna try and do a proper factory ducktail job instead of a wing. Doesn't look that bad IMO...no different than alot of the aftermarket ducktails many of you have been putting on your S197s for a while now.

Now, for the tail lights.......it's really hard to tell what they're planning. The total shape is still masked, and the lenses look like "throw-offs" to me. I could be wrong, but still.....I don't see anything here that evokes all the "eww" and "yucks" that some of you are dishing out. I think most of you are reacting to the weirdo camo-paint more than the actual shapes (which is the whole point of the camo/mask to begin with). Wait until we see one totally unmasked and without camo before we start getting the pitchforks and torches.
