mid 09 is prob the start of production of the 2010 stang. maybe they are just refering to the start of production of the more powerful motor, not actually a more powerful motor in the s197 in 09

^^^^^ usually all upcoming MY cars come out mid year +/- a couple months. September is the usual month the next MY arrives on the showroom floor.

I read that to but you never realy know for sure until the car actualy comes out.
I was reading an old hot rod mag and they said that the gt 500 was going to have more power than it did when it came out.

Ford is going to have to take the wraps off the 2010+ Mustang soon. Expect it to be officially unveiled at one of the big autoshows within the next 6 months.
