Nah man, it's a regular cowl hood. It's an optical illusion. Look at the pic again, but don't focus too intently on it. I saw the same thing as you at first too. The cowl does rise above the engine bay.

now that you mention it, i think that style in a reverse cowl( like the shelby hertz) would look super hot

k but I still don't think so look at it again and look closely at the edges and the way the top is shaped i'm sticking to it being a reverse cowl

It's an optical illusion from the angle of the picture. If you see the pictures from the mags for 2010/2011 the headlights will have a bit of a BMW look to them but without the slight upward curl at the end.

I guess after you mention it, it does look like that if you stare at it. I guess it could be either way, now that you have sucessfully confused me. I think its just a normal cowl but like 83Gt said it right, it does show an striking resembalence

I saw a 2010 vert last nite at ford with no camo, Thats the hood. It does rise above the
engine a little. It looks sweet on the car!!!!!!!!!!!
