Default Even with $4+ Gasoline,

Americans still love the mustang:

The rest of the list may be pansy fuel sippers, but we're still in the top ten hottest cars.

Gas is $2.81 for regular here and $3.30 for super!

3.04 for premum here, but the article covers the last year. Meh, my daily driver is an '05 prius, so the gas crunch never really hurt me too much.

Focus was at the top. That's interesting.
The Mustang was on some list for "Car that teenagers want the most" too.

That's why I love Mustangs; they have potential to be a very quick car, while they are also used as Daily Drivers for good gas mileage.

Despite the fact that prices have plummeted in my area, there's no question as to whether or not I'd keep my Mustang if prices were to skyrocket. Just about everyone I know loves Mustangs, and so I'm not really surprised by its position. (Though I am slightly perplexed by that of the Focus.)
