The test video footage will be the car rolling down a long hill with the engine shut off.

MPG and HP/TQ are like a f'd up see-saw. HP/TQ go up, MPG goes down. MPG go up, HP/TQ goes down. Course, there are some things that make both go up or down at the same time, that's where the f'd up part comes into play. Someone broke the seesaw...

110mpg is pretty high, but there are alot of cars that can do that (just not for sale!). My old beater's record was 78.01 +/- 4mpg over a 300mile trip. Car was pretty much stock, and cost me 700$ in good condition.

Course, on the seesaw effect, it had 55hp at the fly.

didn't somebody say before that it is impossible to have 100mpg and 400hp?

By the way, thanks ROTM for putting together articles like this, it is very much appreciated!

I call that BS. If I supposedly had 1.4 million dollars you could prolly be safe to bet I would have a supped up Saleen S7 and GT supercar!!!!!!

There was a Fiero that got like 50 some odd mpg that was on spiketv. At least they tried to explain how they got that to work.

Yeah I think this guy is BSing and just wants some media attention. Although it would be nice if a car like that really existed.
