dura 1 spark versus msd6al ignition system

dura 1 spark versus msd6al ignition system
I have a 1968 mustang with a 390 motor, I have a dura 1 ignition system hooked up, I bought a msd6al box used, I will use my existing ford distributor with a master blaster 2 msd coil, does anybody know if the msd is better then the dura 1 spark, I want to see if it is worth it to switch it over, thanks if anyone can help
