Luckily for me I don't have to sell my car to buy a new one. But I gotta hold back on purchasing any expensive mods till I get my next car which is going to be a huge purchase. I've made a decision I will never sell this car unless it is to trade in for my next car I'm going for, which is hopefully the ZR1 if all goes good next few months and GM doesn flop by next year.

So ya, I don't plan on selling my car so lost money on mods is not an issue.
Agreed. I did the mods that I have because I don't really plan on getting rid of the car anytime soon. And if I ever do sell it, it will be well after it has been paid off.....so I will make some money back. I would never sell a modded car if it wasn't paid off. You are gonna lose alot of money unless you find that rare buyer who has money to burn and wants what you've done without having to do it himself.

I actually got offered 28K for my 05 last year by a guy that lives nearby. He sees my GT all the time and was looking for a daily driving garage mate for his 99 Cobra......said he'd give me base price on a new GT for it. Problem was.......I love my car too much ATM to get rid of it. I may regret that a few years down the road, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

If someone offered me 28k for my car I would have sold it haha, I love it but that is 7k more than I paid for mine, so I'd pay it off and still have made ~9 grand from the deal. After that I'd probably go out and either get another s197 and slap a kenne bell on it right away or pick up a terminator.

Very Nice looking GT man... I'd say you can get bout 18-19 for it.. I think the fact its an auto will hurt a little alot of people want a stick in these kinda cars but still a nice car man..good luck

I love that color and it looks very clean but like he tankerman said, half of the people interested will stop thinking about it right away when they realize its an auto.

#1. Why would you ever sell that beautiful car?
#2. I'll give you 2k for it right now.
#3. I'd start at 18,xxx. Thats what they're going for over in the Seattle area. At least when they look as good as yours
