The Automatic Camaro SS has cylinder deactivation, 6 speed LS3 does not. The lastest mileage numbers are not that hard to match and beat, the Camaro is listed at 24/25, people are beat those numbers with normal driving. I would think that the Mustang GT with the 5.0 and 6 speed trans will match the Camaro for mileage.

who cares, your buying a 400 hp v-8. I dont think Mileage is really at the top of anybodys list. and the cylinder de activation on the camaro is only on the auto. Its a stupid feature, I have it on my yukon xl and it only stays in v-4 mode for about 5 seconds, when cruising down hill.
