Hey!
After the debacle with Toyota and the sticking gas pedal, maybe Ford will move to #1 for brand perception :P

Hell, you may be right. After the gas pedal/Prius thing even their stock went down.

yea, lets just hope nothing crazy goes wrong with the new EPAS system added this year (2011) to Mustangs.

We have been lucky enough not to have a "Toyota" issue with our throttle by wire.

Unlike toyota. My accelerator is stuck wide open. But were not recalling it. I like it like that.

I really think Ford is the #1 Company out there. Not just saying that because I own one, but because Ford has been doing some really amazing things with many different vehicles lately and other companies aren't doing much of anything but what they have been doing. I think Ford finally realized that they needed to get a more realiable image out and they have done it. Heck there is no way I'd ever buy a Toyota now after all this crap, not only is what happened with Toyota time consuming - it's deadly. Ford's got so many new cars that are incredible... the Fusion with 41mpg in the city is INSANE and doesn't look like a dumb prius or something, the new Taurus has that option to set a governor so kids cant go super fast and what not (would've made me mad when I was a kid, but it will save lives I'm sure) and it's got the stereo limit to how loud it can go up - lol. Then I forget which model has that radar sensing stuff to sense cars in front of you to prevent accidents, all of this new stuff Ford is doing is really amazing - they are pushing out quality vehicles and are really changing people's minds about the America Auto Industry

I don't care what other people think. I know that Ford has what it takes and we've all seen what they can do. Just wait for more surprises, they're coming. By the way, who didn't borrow money from all of us? Yeah, that'd be Ford.
