he talks about a possible 1.5 second improvement 0-60. what was the 0-60 of the old 4.0L 6 cylinder? wouldn't that push it to a drivers race of the 4.6L vs 3.7L?

But a 305 hp 6sp manual for under 23?

I noticed that too, Wish we could have seen it from another angle cause it didnt look even close! Im looking forward to driving one of these though, didnt think I would be saying that about the V6 either...

Well consider that the new 3.7 Mustang puts out more power than either of the two competitors AND it only weighs 3400-3450 lbs (hundreds less than either of the other two). So yea......the new sixxer Stang ain't no joke. It's gonna take a dump all over the base Camaro and Challenger performance wise. Plus it'll be nice to see the ole base Mustang move above all the 250-300hp sedans in the food chain.

I hope it only takes a small poop on the 99-04 Mustang GT crowd...

It took me tires, gear, and a hell of a launch to hit 13.6's in my GT, I have a bad feeling it's going to simply take the new 3.7's a tire to hit mid 13's

That's a tough one to call. It'll be up on HP but down on torque compared to the New Edge GT's. I'm interested to see what kind of real world times it puts down.
