I heard unconfirmed rumours so far. some he say she say about a true fast back, some say a 429. I just take it with a grain of salt because I highly doubt the second one.
One thing I did read though in 5.0 m and ff is that shelby will do it's last version of the car in 2014 and it's supposed to be something truly amazing. Aparently they will focus on making performance parts mainly since they said most of it's revenue is from that part of the company. And if that will hold water then imagine the value those cars will have. Either way I'm saving my self up for the 50th aniv.
But like Mustang Boy said, we're far far away from hearing anything since Ford needs to bask in the glory of the 5.0 for now

The next Gen mustang will probably still have the current 5.0 mill in it. However it will probably be modified for more power of course.
Mustang usually see's a body modification every 5 years and a TOTAL redesign every 10 years. The current base design has been around since 2005 of course. The 2010 saw the new slightly modified body style. 2011 brought the new 5.0. 2015 model year will bring and whole new generation of mustang.
I imagine that Ford will "walk away" from the "retro" style/fad and do something totally new. Like i said it will likely keep the 5.0 engine block and change other parts. However the look of the mustang will be all new. What that MAY look like i dont know.
Personally id LOVE to see a true fastback as another poster eluded to
